ROLA RED DOURO DOC

Region: This product of excellence and quality, with traditional characteristics, originates from the Douro, a World Heritage Site.

Winemaking and maturing: The grapes were fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 7 to 10 days at temperatures of 22° to 26°. The wine is cleanly extracted for malolactic fermentation to take place. After this 2nd fermentation, 30% of the wine matures for 9 - 12 months in barrels.

Tasting notes: ROLA Tinto is very intense and somewhat fresh on the nose. Ripe red fruit. A wine with notable tannins and a long persistent finish.
