ROLA LATE HARVEST

Region: This product of excellence and quality, with traditional characteristics, originates from the Douro, a World Heritage Site.

Winemaking: Fermented in November 2016 with introduction of the Botrytis cinerea fungus, the fungus responsible for Noble Rot.

Grapes de-stemmed and slightly crushed in a pneumatic press with the must obtained decanted into a stainless-steel vat for 24 hours.

Tasting notes: ROLA Late Harvest is a sweet white wine with over-ripe notes. This wine has notes of tangerine peel and pepper and is sweet and soft on the palate.
